With the services of MailChimp we can easily send you interesting news via newsletters.

Since MailChimp is an American company, all retained data is stored on American servers.
Mailchimp uses this information to send and evaluate newsletters on our account. Furthermore, Mailchimp can use this data to optimize or improve their own services e.g. for technical optimization of mailing and display of the newsletter or for economic purposes.
Mailchimp does not use data provided by our newsletter recipients to write to them personally, nor does it sell this information to third parties. Mailchimp is certified under the US-EU data protection “Privacy Shield” and through this is required legally to conform to EU privacy laws.

What data is saved by MailChimp?

With so-called “web beacons” (small graphics in HTML emails), MailChimp can determine if an email has arrived, has been opened or if links have been clicked.
This information includes among other things technical information, the IP address and the time at which the email is opened. This information is used to improve services and also to be able to statistically analyze the data e.g. target groups and their reading behavior.

Cancellation

You can cancel the newsletter at any time. This means both the cancellation of the newsletter and any further statistical analyses. This can be done by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

REGISTRATION
Certain features of our services require you to register beforehand. After your registration we will retain your user name and the personal data you provided so you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our website, to contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

GOOGLE TAG MANAGER

Bill Ringa uses Google Tag Manager (GTM). GTM is a free tag management platform that enables marketers to deploy and track marketing data by easily adding code snippets to their website or app. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personally identifiable information. The tool triggers other tags that may themselves collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been performed at the domain or cookie level, it will persist for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

FACEBOOK PIXEL

On our website we use the so-called “Facebook pixel”, an analytics tool provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, D2 Dublin, Ireland.

The purpose of the application is to target website visitors with interest-based advertising on the social network Facebook. This allows your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to the Bill Ringa websites by clicking on a Facebook ad.
